RGHF Ambassador and Past Chairman 2004-2006 Matts Ingemanson (middle) is giving Distinguished Rotarian Tord Elfwendahl (left) a Certificate of Honorary Membership in Rotary Global History during the meeting of the Rotary Club of Stockholm Strand on March 2, 2007. This Rotary meeting  was held under the leadership of Rotary Club President Ulrica Franze'n (right).
