6 August 2009 Rotary Global History Day - Broadmoor, Colorado, USA, hosted by Rtn. Jason Twitchell
Rotary Global History Fellowship Day Index
A question and answer format proved to be very helpful. The questions ranged from "Why was Paul Harris so well liked in South America," to "What does RGHF do for Districts," to "What other service clubs started around the same time," and many others. All the answers can be found at www.historysearch.org Selway never claimed to know all the answers but kept interest from this 50+ year old club.

RGHF Founder Jack Selway opened his talk with "Do you have any questions?" and the group would have stayed far beyond the meeting time. It was very successful and sets a pattern for all future events. Club president Phil Kennedy was a most gracious host and present Jack with their banner and a Four Way Test desk piece. Broadmoor District member and D 5470 PDG Dick Foster joined as a five-year member at this Rotary Global History Fellowship Day event. PDG Dick also received a copy of Paul Harris' book "My Road to Rotary" found at www.whatpaulharriswrote.org New RGHF member Bob Hand, zone 27, joined Jack to receive this RGHF pin. Bob will be helping RGHF in Brazil.
