Was first published in the last year of Paul Harris’ life, 1946. It continued to be updated and printed for many years. This copy was acquired by Wolfgang Ziegler. For The “History of Rotary” Project it one constitutes a summary of our project in that it reflects the history and Rotary orientation of Paul Harris.
